About the University
Graphic Era is the culmination of the hard work of its visionary founder, Prof. (Dr.) Kamal Ghanshala, who had the dream to change the destiny of thousands of youths through quality and holistic education. The Graphic Era Educational Society is a non-profit organization that aims to mobilize world-class education and generate resources for providing and supporting quality education for all masses and the public. Established in the year 1993, the society recognizes the right of every individual to lead a life of dignity and self-respect in a just and equitable manner.
Founded in 2011 under the aegis of the Graphic Era Educational Society, Graphic Era Hill University has campuses in Dehradun, Bhimtal, and Haldwani, Uttarakhand, India, with the goal of providing world-class education with a clear focus on cutting-edge technologies, professional development of students, critical thinking, and quality research. The University has achieved numerous milestones in its glorious past based on its academic rigor, consistently top-performing students and alumni, and an immensely strong and qualified teaching fraternity.
Graphic Era Hill University, Bhimtal Campus, is located at the Kumaon foothills of the outer Himalayas amidst lush green tree cover, along the Sattal Road. It has been designed as a self-contained community with academic and research facilities, laboratories, libraries, and administrative offices all on the same campus.
About CE2CT, 2026
The inaugural edition of the International Conference on Advances in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Technologies (CE2CT) was held on February 21–22, 2025, at Graphic Era Hill University (GEHU), Bhimtal Campus, Nainital, Uttarakhand, India. Organized under the auspices of the IEEE Uttar Pradesh (UP) Section, CE2CT-2025 served as a dynamic platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students to exchange knowledge and showcase innovations in the domains of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Technologies.
Building on the tremendous success and enthusiastic participation of its first edition, the Second International Conference on CE2CT (2026) is poised to be an even more expansive and inclusive global forum. CE2CT-2026 will bring together a diverse community of scholars, scientists, engineers, innovators, and postgraduate researchers to discuss cutting-edge advancements, interdisciplinary trends, and transformative technologies that are shaping the future of engineering and applied sciences.

About IEEE UP Section
The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Incorporated (IEEE) is a non-profit corporation, incorporated in the state of New York on 16 March 1896. The purpose of the IEEE is to engage exclusively in scientific and educational activities within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, directed toward the advancement of the theory and practice of electrical, electronics, communications and computer engineering, as well as computer science, the allied branches of engineering and the related arts and sciences, which benefit the engineering profession and the public. As authorized by the IEEE Board of Directors, the IEEE Member and Geographic Activities Board (known as IEEE Regional Activities Board prior to 1 January 2008) approved the establishment and boundaries of the IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section on 11 May 1992. The Uttar Pradesh Section conducts activities which assist the local IEEE members to enhance their professional careers and their communities.
