IMPORTANT NOTE:
• The registration fee is non-refundable. Once paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, as it secures resources and commitments made by the organizing committee.
• The registration fee excludes any applicable bank/transaction charges, which must be borne by the participant.
• An extra page charge of ₹ 2,500 (India) or USD 30 (International) will apply for each page exceeding six (6) pages in the final manuscript.
• Participants registering under the IEEE Member category must submit a valid IEEE membership card for the year 2026.
• The student category applies only to Undergraduate (UG) students, where the first author must be a UG student and must provide a valid student ID card as proof.
• Authors who complete registration within 7 days of receiving the acceptance notification will be eligible for the Early Bird Registration benefit. To take advantage of this opportunity, authors are strongly encouraged to submit their papers early, as the conference follows a rolling review process, allowing for prompt review and faster acceptance notifications.
• CE2CT-2026 will be conducted in PHYSICAL MODE at Graphic Era Hill University, Bhimtal Campus, Nainital, Uttarakhand, India.
