IMPORTANT NOTE:
• The registration fee is non-refundable. Once paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, as it secures resources and commitments made by the organizing committee.
• The registration fee excludes any applicable bank/transaction charges, which must be borne by the participant.
• An extra page charge of ₹ 2,500 (India) or USD 30 (International) will apply for each page exceeding six (6) pages in the final manuscript.
• Participants registering under the IEEE Member category must submit a valid IEEE membership card for the year 2026.
• The student category applies only to Undergraduate (UG) students. A valid student ID card must be provided as proof.
• Professional category applies to Academicians, Industry Professionals, Research Scholars, and Postgraduate (PG) students.
• Registration category must be selected based on affiliation, category and membership of FIRST AUTHOR ONLY.
• CE2CT-2026 will be conducted in PHYSICAL MODE at Graphic Era Hill University, Bhimtal Campus, Nainital, Uttarakhand, India.
