All Submissions must strictly adhere to the IEEE template and be submitted through CMT. Authors should follow the detailed descriptions in the paper template to prepare their manuscripts. The complete papers must adhere to the IEEE paper template and should consist of a minimum of 4 pages, with a maximum limit of 6 pages. PAPER SUBMISSION


CMT Acknowledgement: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.


All submissions must be submitted electronically in PDF format using CMT through the conference website. Authors are advised to not submit papers directly via email. Authors must adhere to the policies of CE2CT-2026 when submitting a paper. We advise authors to submit their paper by taking into account the following conference Policy on plagiarism:

  • The overall similarity rate of a conference paper submission be less than 20% including reference material.
  • The overall similarity rate of a conference paper submission be less than 10% excluding reference material.
  • The similarity rate for a single source should be less than 3% if any.
  • The AI-generated text must be 0%.

We welcome proposals for Special Sessions from researchers and professionals interested in organizing focused thematic tracks under the umbrella of CE2CT 2026.

Special Sessions offer a great opportunity to bring together experts on emerging topics and foster collaboration within specific research communities.


PAPER ACCEPTANCE


Reviewers will evaluate all submitted papers, and acceptance will be announced afterwards. Authors of accepted papers will be notified then authors have to complete the Paper Registration. For more information, refer to the Registration & Fees page.

Note for Authors with accepted papers:

  • Authors are required to pay the registration fee.
  • IEEE requires that an author of every published paper sign a copyright agreement.
  • The IEEE Plagiarism policy will be rigorously enforced, and any violation of this policy, detected at any stage, will result in the rejection of the paper.
  • Authors of accepted papers will submit the Camera-Ready-Copy (CRC) of their accepted papers.
  • All the accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
