All Submissions must strictly adhere to the IEEE template and be submitted through CMT. Authors should follow the detailed descriptions in the paper template to prepare their manuscripts. The complete papers must adhere to the IEEE paper template and should consist of a minimum of 4 pages, with a maximum limit of 6 pages.
