CAMERA READY PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors of accepted papers will submit the Camera-Ready-Copy (CRC) of their accepted papers. To ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings, at least one co-author of each accepted paper must register for the conference, present the paper, and complete the copyright transfer process by signing the IEEE Copyright Form. All the accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements
Instructions for Authors of Accepted Papers:
Authors must carefully follow the instructions below while preparing and submitting the final (camera-ready) paper.
- An individual may not be listed as an author or co-author on more than three papers. Authors must confirm that all author names, affiliations, and email addresses are correct. The authors are solely responsible for any incorrect or mismatched information.
Author details must be uniformly formatted and should include only:
Name, Department, Organization, City, Country, and Email Address
(Do not include salutations, titles, or designations.)
- Ensure that all references cited in the manuscript appear in the reference list, and that all references strictly follow the IEEE referencing format.
- All figures, tables, and equations must be original. If any content is reused or adapted, proper citation is mandatory.
- Authors are responsible for maintaining the technical quality, clarity, and professionalism of the paper. All reviewer comments must be fully addressed in the camera-ready version.
- Papers must follow the IEEE format. Use the templates provided: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- The maximum page limit is 6 pages. Over-length submissions (up to 8 pages) are allowed with
additional charges.
- The abstract should succinctly summarize the motivation, methodology, and key results.
- The introduction must clearly define the problem statement and research objectives.
- Authors must explicitly highlight the novelty and main contributions of their work
Important Notes
- No changes to authorship or paper content are allowed after final submission. The maximum number of authors allowed in the camera-ready paper is six.
Any mistake in the camera-ready submission may lead to rejection of the paper.
- Similarity checks Requirements:
- Overall similarity must be less than 10% (excluding references) and less than 15% (including references).
- Similarity from any single source must not exceed 2%.
- AI-generated content is strictly prohibited (must be 0% not *%).

Any violation of IEEE plagiarism policies, detected at any stage of the publication process, shall lead to immediate rejection of the paper without refund and without any prior intimation to the authors.
Camera-Ready Submission via CMT:
Authors are required to submit their final camera-ready paper (CRP) through the Camera-Ready Submission portal on the CMT system. Please ensure that all authors are added to the CMT portal before submission.
The Camera-Ready Submission (XXX is your paper ID) must include the following files:
- Camera-Ready Paper (Source File)
File format: XXX_CRP.doc or XXX_CRP.docx
- Camera-Ready Paper (PDF File)
File format: XXX_CRP.pdf
- Response to Reviewers’ Comments
A document clearly explaining how all reviewer comments have been addressed
File format: XXX_responses.doc or XXX_responses.pdf
Once the above process is completed, authors must transfer the IEEE copyright and submit the copyright form through the CMT portal.
