1. General Instructions:
• Presentation: At least one author of each registered paper is required to deliver a presentation at the scheduled time.
• Punctuality: Join the session at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure smooth proceedings and avoid technical issues.
2. Presentation Format:
• Slide Requirements:
• Prepare a PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) as per the Provided TEMPLATE only with a minimum of 12 slides and a maximum of 25 slides.
• Keep slides visually appealing with a balance of text, images, graphs, and bullet points.
• Use readable fonts and maintain consistency in formatting throughout the slides.
• Time Allocation:
• Total presentation time is 15 minutes.
• 12 minutes for the presentation.
• 3 minutes for the Q&A session.
