CAMERA READY PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors of accepted papers will submit the Camera-Ready-Copy (CRC) of their accepted papers. To ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings, at least one co-author of each accepted paper must register for the conference, present the paper, and complete the copyright transfer process by signing the IEEE Copyright Form. All the accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
Instructions for Authors of Accepted Papers:
- An individual may not be listed as an author or co-author on more than three papers. Confirm all author details and affiliations are accurate. Authors are solely responsible for any mismatched or incorrect information. Ensure author details are formatted uniformly, including only Name, Department, Organization, City, Country, and email address, without salutations or designations.
- Ensure all references in the manuscript are properly cited in the text. All references adhere to the IEEE referencing format.
- Verify that all figures, tables, and equations are original. If any content is sourced, proper citation is mandatory.
- Authors are responsible for maintaining the quality and professionalism of the paper. Reviewer comments must be fully addressed in the camera-ready version.
- Papers must follow the IEEE format. Use the templates provided: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- The maximum page limit is 6 pages. Over-length submissions (up to 8 pages) are allowed with additional charges: ₹1,500/page for Indian participants and $35/page for international participants.
- The abstract should succinctly summarize the motivation, methodology, and results.
- The introduction must clearly define the problem statement and research objectives.
- Explicitly highlight the novelty and contributions of your work.
Important Notes
- No changes to authorship or content are allowed after submission. Mistakes in the final submission may lead to rejection.
- Similarity checks:
- Overall similarity must be less than 10% (excluding references).
- Similarity from a single source must not exceed 2%.
- AI-generated text is not allowed (must be 0%).

Violations of IEEE’s plagiarism policy at any stage will result in rejection without a refund.
Submission Process:
Submit your final paper (latest by January 31, 2025) through the Camera-Ready Submission portal on the CMT system. Ensure all authors are added to the CMT portal before submission. Additionally, email a zip file named XXXX.zip (where XXXX is your Paper ID, e.g., if the Paper ID is 987, the file name should be 0987.zip) to ce2ct2025@gmail.com with the subject line: Paper ID XXXX Camera-Ready Submission.
The zip file must include the following:
- Camera-Ready Paper Source File (XXXX_camerar.DOC or XXXX_camerar.DOCX).
- Camera-Ready Paper PDF (e.g., XXXX_camerar.pdf).
- Scanned Transaction Receipt with UTR Number (XXXX_trans.pdf or XXXX_trans.jpeg).
- Scanned Active IEEE Membership Card (if applicable) (XXXX_IEEE.pdf).
- Scanned Student Identity Card (Full Time, If Applicable) (XXXX_student.pdf).
- A document detailing the Response to Comments from reviewers and how they were addressed (XXXX_responses.DOC or XXXX_responses.pdf).
